Human Resource Management (HRM) focuses

productivity of an organization. HRM specialists achieve this through
strategies and policies that increase the effectiveness of employees. The
employees are also referred to as the human capital, the lifeblood and the most
important resource of most organizations

them for the betterment of the organization by focusing on organizations
mission and vison as well as to benefit the employees in the company.

Recruitment and hiring
The HR Department is holding the responsibility to select the correct talent for the Organization. for that, HR will develop job descriptions, advertise vacancies, short list candidates, conduct interviews and ensure the hiring process is handled rightly and in a guided manner. It is very important to hire the right personal to the organization to become very successful.
Onboarding and Orientation
HR Department will
facilitate and onboard new staff members. They provide introduction programs to
help new staffs become familiar with company culture, policies and procedures.
A proper onboarding can increase employee productivity, engagement and
retention.
Training and Development
HR Department will
coordinate with other department managers in the organization to identify the
training needs of employees. Based on the recommendation, HR will arrange
training programs, skill building sessions, workshops and seminars to enhance
employees' knowledge and capabilities.
Performance Management
HR Department establishes
a performance evaluation system with sets of goals to ensures regular update is
provided to employees. The HR department assist the relevant department
managers in conducting performance evaluations, identify the areas for
development and recognizing outstanding performance. Regular monitoring of the
employee performance helps to achieve employee and company goals.
Employee Relationship
HR Department works as a
mediator between senior management and employees, listening to employees
concerns and conflicts and resolve them, creating a positive work environment,
Handling of employee grievances, conducting disciplinary actions and promote
employee well-being. Creating a healthy employee relations can contribute to
employee self-confidence and retention.
Health and Safety
HR ensure following health
and safety regulations in the organization. Providing a safe work environment
and promotes employee wellness programs, addressing workplace safety concerns,
conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to protect employee
wellbeing.
Compensation and Benefits
HR department will prepare
and manage compensations and benefits to reward the employees for their work by
making sure Salary negotiations, employee benefits are adhered to the legal
requirements. Competitive benefits are essential to attract the employee and
for retention of the talented employees.
Compliance and Policy
Development
HR formulates and
establish company policies and procedures. They ensure compliance with
employment laws and regulations, mitigating legal risk by keeping abreast of
changes in labor laws and updates policies accordingly.

HR plays a crucial role in
shaping and promoting the organizational culture. They develop initiatives to

HR assists in managing
